Subcommittees

As part of GBI's ANSI-approved procedures, the technical committee formed subcommittees comprised of technical committee members and diverse representation from the public and stakeholder groups.

Each subcommittee contributes to the technical content of the environmental assessment areas within the proposed standard. Subcommittee members attend subcommittee meetings (typically by phone), provide expertise and contribute constructively to discussions, as well as seek out further information between meetings to present to the subcommittee.
